Greetings, I am Whitley l. Dozier!
affectionately known as
”The Faith-filled leader”
As the saying goes, teaching is a work of heart; for many, teachers are stressed. According to an article written in 2020 during the pandemic, “73% of teachers report they often find work stressful, and they are more likely to leave work physically and emotionally exhausted and to bring work home. A teacher who fails to strike a balance between work and private life risks becoming burned out.”
The reality is, teacher burnout can negatively impact drive and passion to lead in the classroom. Fortunately, emotional stress can be reduced when teachers have the practical tools needed to create an authentic work-life-balance that holistically honors their well-being and goals. When teachers reflect and develop self-awareness skills and align it with the heart work of teaching, they effectively lead meaningful lives, in and outside of the classroom.
Consulting with WLD, LLC is committed to reducing teacher burnout by incorporating introspective conversations and activities through coaching to improve work-life-balance, self-care, and personal development practices for teachers.
It all begins with Reflection.
Maybe you desire to have healthier work-life boundaries.
Maybe you want to discover WHO YOU ARE outside of teaching.
Or, maybe you desire to have more energy and drive to teach day-in and day-out.
regardless of your “why“, the way you live your life IN ADDITION TO being an accomplished teacher matters—Every.single.day.
it all starts with you.
Are you ready?
I am ready to celebrate you on your
